"I was honored to first meet Laura during a fund-raising event she was hosting, one of which brought together our local Austin, TX community together for a good cause.


Laura established effective relationships with the local vendors, brought the local community together, and hosted an enjoyable gathering which created a memorable event.


What was most notable with my time with Laura was her determination, positivity, infectious personality, honor, integrity, and resolve to the end.


Working together with her, as one of the speakers at the event, was an enjoyable and smooth experience for me, and one that I am thankful to have been a part of.

"I have been with the American Childhood Cancer Organization Inland Northwest for the past ten years. When I first came on board with this amazing organization, I was introduced to a volunteer who has the biggest heart and love for our mission. Laura Williams jumped in to the heart of our mission, serving children and their families who battle cancer.

We come to families boots on the ground soon after diagnosis and give out a large duffel bag on wheels full of many resources. These bags are not only essential in getting needed resources to families, but also builds a bridge in developing a deep relationship with parents and kids. Laura jumped right in filling those new patient bags and did so many other things to help in our small non-profit office. Laura has a very bright, positive demeanor and does nothing but bring joy to those around her!

We are blessed by all our volunteers and community partners, but I remember being especially blessed having Laura’s sweet presence and assistance. She is truly a mover and a shaker with a vision to change the world. She will continue to move mountains and provide the utmost professionalism wherever she goes. I highly recommend her in any capacity.

I spoke with Laura recently, and she recalls being involved with the American Childhood Cancer Organization Inland Northwest as an eye-opener, but that it also gave her hope. She was very inspired by the human touch we provide. Laura was always readily eager to help in any way she could, needing very little guidance. These are the types of volunteers dreamed of, especially since we have such a small staff."
